Gillian graduated from Kent State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Having interned with various firms throughout her student career, Gillian began working as an interior designer immediately after graduation. Throughout her early career, she has had the opportunity to work in a breadth of markets, including hospitality, pet care and education – teaching her a wide range of design strategies.
In 2023, Gillian joined BSHM Architects and immediately began working on material research, specifications, drafting and design. Gillian aids the firm in the production of construction documents, design progress meetings with clients, in addition to the selection and specification of innovative material finishes. In her free time, Gillian enjoys cooking and participating in any activity that gets her outdoors; gardening, hiking, skiing, and reading.
