Dymon graduated cum laude from Kent State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Dymon joined BSHM Architects upon graduation and has quickly engaged in multiple projects. Going on to graduate in 2023 with her Master of Architecture degree from Kent State University.
Dymon is quick to adapt to new technology and has developed skills in computer modeling and drafting. She has produced high-quality conceptual renderings as well as assisted with the development of construction documents. Her responsibilities center on assisting the project architect in coordinating the contract administration process and attending on-site construction meetings to observe the building progress.
