Prior to the successful passage of the bond issue, BSHM provided pre-bond services to the district to assist them with facilities assessment of their existing buildings, development of a master plan, site acquisition support, concept site plans and site visit / tours of five buildings across the State.

While already a high-performing academic district, the administration was academically progressive and foresaw the benefits with the collaborative learning environment of the HPLE format and better positioned their students for the future.
